Connection to Rhineland-Palatinate
Born in Frankenthal, Rhineland-Palatinate, the artist engages among other things with economic and ecological contexts: “In the exhibition ‘Last Exit’ at the Wilhelm Hack Museum, Ludwigshafen, I worked with safety nets from the elevated highway that was being demolished, integrating them into a large-scale installation. Urban change with socially relevant themes such as mobility and living together opens up an extreme field of tension in Ludwigshafen, offering potential for artistic interventions.”
